Thank you to everyone who has donated so far!
When we launched this project earlier this year, we were quite optimistic about providing driving lessons for Afghan women as a means to advance equality throughout the country. However, we did not expect a global pandemic to derail our plans.
The challenge is on: the coronavirus pandemic has worsened an already fragile situation. For now, we have put this program on pause as there is no way to safely practice social distancing when behind the wheel.
We will continue to provide updates on this program as they become available. In the meantime, thank you all for your steadfast support. We could not do this important work without you.
