Winter is slowly approaching and for many children outside the greater Kruger communities it is not a pleasant time of the year, Many are walking to school with bare foot, some don't own a school jersey because their families simply can not afford it and some do not even own a pair of socks to keep their little feet warm.
Although we are able to provide uniforms for our graduates at the end of the year we are now asking for help in supporting those who are already in school and are without uniform. It is disheartening to see a child with a torned jersey at the elbos or without a proper school uniform; and withouht a dought we know this affects their perfomance in school and their dignity as human beings.
So we are now appealing to every man and woman out there to come on board and help dress our future leaders with dignity and pride and give them asense of belonging in the society.
And as Nourish family we would like to extend our graditute to every individual who has been supporting us in carry this project thruogh.
Thank you!
This end of year/beginning year newsletter is always special to us, as we reflect on the sheer joy that is shared by the parents, siblings and children during a graduation. In South Africa, this event - transitioning from creche or preschool into "big school" is without a doubt, a BIG deal. Parents are proud of how far their children have come, how they are able to sing, dance, recite the alphabet, and proudly say what they want to be when they grow up.
Funding for our graduation is always so appreciated as it allows us to print certificates for the little ones, make sure we have enough graduation gowns for them to look smart, hire stretch tents and decorations and a sound system and very importantly make sure we have enough food so there is a feast for everyone.
We will be able to share proper school uniform pics in the next report as schools only start this coming week (after nice long December holidays), so for now, here is a little taste of the graduation, where 22 little ones got new uniforms to equip them for their educational journey ahead!
Thank you as always to everyone who gives to make our work possible. x
2022 has been an amazing year and we have 22 kids who will be graduating and moving to primary school. we are so excited for having this journey with them as it was not easy but we managed to reach our final stage with them although we will make sure that they get full uniform and stationary which they will use when going to primary because some of the kid's parents cannot afford to buy them school uniform and stationary .
We would like to thank everyone who has been with us throughout this whole journey . Your support really makes things easy for us and because of your help our goal to help all these kids is always reached .
We will be having our graduation celebration on 17 of december and we are grateful for your support.
Kind regards

In this year 2022 we were able to receive a lot of school uniforms and we distributed them to the children in schools at Sgagule village .It's really an honor for us that kids will put on their uniforms during this winter and stay warm.We are extremely thankful for all those who donated .we are hoping to get more uniform since there are lot of other schools in the village and it's our goal to make sure that every kid must have uniform so that they can stay at school and learn.
We would like to thank you again for your support that will help us change the lives of many underprivileged kids by providing them with education.
Kind regards
The Nourish team
