I was very impressed by the staff. Dr. Welker quickly was able to recognize our puppy's condition (HOD) even though it is very rare, and we read later often misdiagnosed. Our vet has only seen two cases in 29 years! The care our puppy got was excellent. The kindness of the staff to our family during his two nights there was very comforting.
When we brought Pritzi in we were scared we would loose her. DoveLewis worked quickly to assess her needs and were as concerned as if she were their personal pet. She was treated and is improving. We were kept up on her progress and treated so well. Thank you DoveLewis staff!
From the minute I walked through the doors until I left my experience was superb. Teddy Bear received excellent care with loving kindness for both him and myself.
