Dear Donors and Supporters,

Greetings from NDF Pakistan.

We are delighted to share the progress of our project "Donate Wheel Chairs for Disabled Persons in Sindh", implemented through the GlobalGiving platform. Thanks to your generous support, persons with disabilities from poor and underserved communities are receiving mobility assistance that is transforming their lives.

A wheelchair is more than a mobility device—it is a pathway to education, healthcare, employment, social participation, and dignity. Many persons with disabilities in Sindh remain confined to their homes because they cannot afford a wheelchair. Through this project, NDF Pakistan is helping bridge that gap and promote independent living.

Project Achievements

During this reporting period, NDF Pakistan successfully:

Distributed 40 wheelchairs to persons with disabilities in Sindh.
Reached more than 200 direct and indirect beneficiaries, including family members and caregivers.
Prioritized children, women, and individuals from low-income households.
Conducted disability awareness sessions with families and communities.
Connected beneficiaries with rehabilitation, education, and social protection services.

Impact on Beneficiaries

The provision of wheelchairs has enabled beneficiaries to:

Move independently within their homes and communities.
Attend school and rehabilitation services regularly.
Access healthcare facilities with greater ease.
Participate in community and family activities.
Improve self-confidence and quality of life.
