The mobility devices like Wheel Chairs, Tri-Cycles, Tri-Motor bikes, Walkers, Elbow Sticks, Crutches are necessary helping aids to ensure mobility of persons with physical disabilities. if mobility ensured then empowerment is ensured. The Wheel Chair is the most needed mobility device for persons with disabilities. There is no NGO or Government body to provide free wheel chairs in Sindh Province of Pakistan. The rural area of Sindh has acute need of wheel chairs, we want to provide.
The mobility aids (devices) especially wheel chairs are needed for the mobility of persons with physical disabilities, there is dire need in Nawabshah to provide free devices to ensure their mobility, there is no any institute, donor NGO, any philanthropist to provide this item free. without these mobility aids, people are confined at their homes, they can not go out of home to get education, to earn livelihood, they are unable to be part of mainstreamed society.
This project will provide mobility aids to 1000 wheel chairs to persons with disabilities in need. The mobility will be ensured to 1000s in rural area of Sindh, they will e empowered to do their work, may continue their job, education, any livelihood work to earn with dignified access. They will be part of mainstreamed society.
The free distribution of wheel chairs will bring long term impact among the lives of people with disabilities and society to start same initiatives to bring persons with disabilities in mainstreamed society. The philanthropists will be sensitized to keep continue their services to ensure mobility of persons with disabilities. The mobility will be ensured to 1000 persons, they will e empowered to do their work, may continue their job, education, any livelihood work to earn with dignified access.
