This unique project is building the first professional cultural studio in the world. With a unique methodology many disadvantaged youth from 8-27years are trained to be a helping artist for streetchilderen in Indonesia. Our students receive music education in singing, guitar, piano, producing, drums, theater, rap or songwriting. They learn how to make their own songs and with those songs, we create wonderfull music albums. The proceeds go to the street children. Two charities in one!
Disadvantaged children in the Netherlands have no ability to follow music education and street children in Indonesia have no food, clean water, education and shelter. We do not have a professional studio to record our talented and create a music album. We want high quality music albums, so we can reach a large audience and help as many children we can in the Netherlands and Indonesia! We believe that quality in long term is more effective.
This project is unique, it supports two charities! The children in the Netherlands can follow music lessons and ultimately make their own written songs. Each year, we want to launch at least one music album with these own written songs, with the proceeds helping street children in Indonesia. For example, children in the Netherlands are aware of the opportunities that they can achieve. They learn to help, despite their disadvantaged position. So we look at the strengths in their lives!
In the first year we want with the financial help about 40 underprivileged children in the Netherlands and 100 street children in Indonesia. Our goal is to raise enough money to build an activity center and also eventually provide street of music education. Our biggest dream is an exchange of Dutch underprivileged children and street children in Indonesia! If the studio is fully ready, we can create new projects that can help even more children in the Netherlands and Indonesia.
