Defending Human Rights of Migrants and Refugees

From August to December 2022, approximately 605 people have registered. Of this total number of people, 56% have been women and 44% men. Regarding the age group: 73% were adults between 18 and 59 years old (440 people); 25% were children and adolescents (151 people); and 2% were older people (14 people).

The most common nationalities were: Mexican, Venezuelan, Honduran, Guatemalan, and Salvadoran. The services provided were: 1) daily food; 2) daily accommodation; 3) health services; 4) adult psychosocial care; 5) psychosocial care for minors; 6) socio-sporting activities; 7) educational classes and; 8) legal advice.

These interventions seek to provide comprehensive care to people and support that helps and contributes to the construction of different life projects. Basic needs are covered and health needs, physical and emotional illnesses are attended to.

These activities are carried out thanks to the collaboration with other organizations, these are: DHIA, JRS Mexico, Kind, OIM, UNICEF, HOPE, CESSA, We are all Mexicans and Promotores Descalzos
