This year has been very difficult for our Young Entrepreneurs Project. We have remained optimistic about the coming year and are preparing to have a great Summer and Fall with our cohorts. We have not been able to meet with our students given the safety protocols of the school district. However, we have been planning for entrepreneurship and IT-related summer camps.
We have been notified that we have received a grant that will allow us to purchase much needed IT and STEM-related equipment that will allow us to host summer camps designed to entice participants into considering careers in IT. They will be able to experience coding, robotics, and teamwork as they develop skills that could translate into careers or business ownership.
Adapt, improvise, and overcome has been our motto for this year. Thank you for your patience as we adjust how we engage with our community to create impact. Stay tuned!
