Dear Drugreporter Supporter!
It is always a pleasure to present you our new movies - but it's even greater pleasure to present the movies produced by those activists who were trained by us to make films! This time we would like to call your attention to three movies made by activists who joined our Video for Drug Policy Reform Network.
The first movie was produced by Iveta and Miroslava from Odyseus, the leading harm reduction service provider and advocacy NGO from Bratislava, Slovakia. Their movie features a community project of the clients of harm reduction services that aims to clean up drug litter from the streets.
The second video, produced by David (SANANIM, Czech Republic) shows how playing socker can be an important tool to help people who use drugs to better integrate to society.
The third video, directed by our Russian Drugreporters, Igor and Alex, introduces you to the harm reduction scene in Kyrgyzstan, a Central-Asian country - with the help of the personal stories of people who benefit from this programs.
Video storytelling is a powerful tool for community activists who have no access to the mainstream media. Your support is essential for us - and for community activists and professionals trained by us - to tell untold stories to the public and debunk the myths about vulnerable people. Please make a donation today and help us to spread the message!
All the best,
Peter Sarosi
