Dairy Goat Pass-On project for Tanzanian Farmers.

Project Report | Aug 11, 2026
Ready for next phase.

By Peter de Laat | project administrator

Hi dear donors and friends,

In this project the 4 goats had 3 newborns this year, 2 female and 1 male baby goat.

Unfortunately, one of the young goats from the previous group died, even though the farmers had ensured it received its first vaccination.

Soon, we will pass the young goats on to the next farmers as part of the project, so we have 5 female goats and a male goat for breeding next spring. We heard dat getting a good male goat was a problem this year, but if the newborn male can be helpfull is a question of genetics.

Thanks for your contribution to this project! With new donations we can maintain the project or expend it with new female goats.

Best Regards,

Pendaeli Amos
