Dear donor,
Thank you for Planting Knowledge Through School Gardens
School gardens in Tororo District are becoming powerful tools for both nutrition and education.
Students are not just growing crops—they are learning valuable life skills. They are understanding where food comes from, how it is grown, and why it matters.
Teachers are incorporating gardening into lessons, linking agriculture to science, health, and sustainability.
At the same time, these gardens are contributing to school meals, helping supplement feeding programs and reduce costs.
Parents and community members are also becoming involved, sharing knowledge and supporting the initiative.
This is more than gardening—it is education in action.
Your support is helping cultivate both food and knowledge, creating a foundation for long-term self-reliance.
