The Strength to Keep Going
In Tororo District, the journey to school is not always easy. Many children walk long distances under the hot sun, often without having eaten anything since the previous day.
For these children, hunger used to drain their strength before lessons even began. By midday, many were too tired to focus, their energy completely depleted.
Today, that story is changing for over 1,600 children.
Because of your support, a nutritious meal awaits them at school—a moment of relief that restores their strength and renews their determination to keep going.
This meal is more than food. It is encouragement. It is reassurance. It is a reminder that someone cares about their future.
Teachers now see children who stay alert throughout the day, who persist through challenges, and who no longer give up halfway.
You are giving them the strength not only to learn—but to keep believing in themselves.
