Families living in isolated rural villages across Southern Idlib encounter extreme hardship due to geographical isolation, high transportation costs, and limited access to market centers. With agricultural livelihoods severely disrupted and local employment scarce, many households face quiet, daily battles against food scarcity. Widowed mothers and elderly residents in these remote pockets often feel forgotten, struggling without regular income or basic assistance to secure essential kitchen commodities.

Overcoming complex field logistics, BESME INSANI organized a specialized relief expedition to distribute 1,200 comprehensive family food parcels to underserved households across rural Southern Idlib. Our field workers conducted door-to-door deliveries for homebound individuals, widows, and elderly family heads, ensuring that every selected household received its food package safely, respectfully, and without hardship.

The arrival of the relief convoy brought overwhelming relief and joy to families who had been struggling in silence.
