Thousands of Syrian families continue to endure difficult humanitarian conditions after years of conflict and displacement. Many households have lost their homes and livelihoods and now rely heavily on humanitarian assistance to meet their basic needs. Food remains one of the most urgent concerns for families striving to provide daily meals for their children.
In response, BESME INSANI implemented a food basket distribution project targeting vulnerable families in affected communities across Syria. The baskets contained essential food items designed to help families meet their daily nutritional needs and reduce part of their hardship.
A total of 341 families benefited from the project. The BESME INSANI team focused on reaching displaced and vulnerable households most affected by conflict and instability. The assistance helped provide food for hundreds of children, women, and elderly people facing daily challenges.
Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the support, emphasizing how it helped them care for their families and regain a sense of security and hope. Many families shared that the assistance eased part of their burden and reminded them that they were not alone.
BESME INSANI believes that humanitarian work extends beyond delivering aid—it also strengthens solidarity and compassion.
