Dear Alhassan Foundation’s friends, believers & supporters,
We must thank you all for your support, which enabled us to provide 112 customized wheelchairs in the past few months despite all the difficulties facing the world due to the economic fluctuations.
In Alhassan FDN we work day and night so that we can provide the physical and financial independence for all wheelchair users in Egypt.
These customized wheelchairs are tailor-made for each case based on his/her weight, height, health condition and needs. It’s made with medically approved materials, and components. It’s also provided with cushions to resist pressure sores & any possible skin irritations. Using customized wheelchairs made wheelers’ daily lives so much easier; consequently, that boosted their self-esteem and physical independence.
We at AlHassan Foundation always aim to be present to serve our members everywhere and in every governorate in Egypt.
Because we know best about the necessity of a suitable wheelchair for its user, we had an ambitious goal to achieve in 2023, which is to deliver 200 electric wheelchairs to 200 wheelchair users.
Despite the increase in the cost of electric wheelchairs, moreover it is difficult to gather all this number of wheelchair users in one place
However, Alhassan Foundation team did a more than wonderful job in terms of this event organization and the efficiency in the delivery of the 200 electric wheelchairs in just 2 days.
We can’t described our feelings as Alhassan Foundation team when we saw the happiness on the faces of 200 wheelchair users and how we were able to be part of their journey to be included again in their different communities.
