This summer, China California Heart Watch continues to work with underprivileged children with congenital heart disease. With your help, we support families who have nowhere else to turn for help. We have met many families over the years who, when speaking of their children and their medical conditions, say they are left with no choice but to give up on any chance at life-saving surgery due to medical expenses. China has done an amazing job over the last decade trying to secure this safety net so that this is less of a problem than it used to be, but there are still cracks some children fall through. This is where your donations go. China California Heart Watch has no operational expenses of its own to fund, so that means 100% of your donations will get to those who need it.
Over the last decade, China California Heart Watch has funded more than 50 life-saving surgeries in Yunnan alone. With your help, we can keep this number growing. Every child deserves a healthy heart, and we will continue to try and make that a little bit more accessible to families who could not otherwise afford it.
