CAMBODIAN EYE MISSION
this was completedf for 2019 in December, with the 2020 20 mission scheduled for November.
THE BLINDNESS FOUNDATION was very fortunantate in obtaining over 300 IOL cataract donated lens implants from Bausch & Lomb and Alcon to give to poor catarct patients in Cambodia.
these arwere used to restore sight to poor catarct patients who could not afford to buy the lens implants on their own. We are most grateful for this kind and generous support by US companies.
We work with Cambodian Eye Doctors at the Univ Health Sciences ophthalmology Department headed by Dr Ngy Meng and The CSC surgery Hospital headed by DR Jim Gollogy whe also traind Residents in ophthalmolgy
Cambodia weill benefit from your continued suppoer tof these projects , whcih include training the younger Docrs in the latest surgical technoiques
