Community health workers remain at the forefront of efforts to prevent and control the spread of Ebola. Good Cause Foundation is supporting awareness initiatives that equip frontline volunteers with the information needed to educate families and encourage preventive action.
Health workers are conducting community visits, providing health education, and helping residents understand the importance of early detection and reporting. Their presence within communities strengthens trust and ensures that critical information reaches vulnerable households.
These efforts are contributing to improved awareness and stronger community participation in public health activities. By supporting local health champions, we are helping create a more effective and sustainable response to the outbreak.
We thank our donors for their continued generosity. Your support is enabling lifesaving outreach and helping protect communities across Uganda.
