Community volunteers are the backbone of many of our outreach and awareness activities. During this reporting period, we focused on strengthening volunteer capacity through training, mentorship, and practical engagement opportunities aimed at improving their effectiveness as community educators and advocates.
The training sessions equipped volunteers with knowledge about disease prevention, communication techniques, and community engagement strategies. Volunteers also learned how to facilitate discussions, address misconceptions, and support families in accessing reliable health information.
As a result of these efforts, volunteers have become more confident in their ability to serve their communities. They have played a critical role in organizing awareness activities, conducting household visits, and promoting healthy behaviors among residents. Their commitment and dedication continue to inspire positive change within the communities we serve.
Investing in volunteers not only strengthens current project activities but also builds long-term community capacity. We extend our sincere appreciation to our donors whose support enables us to train and empower these local champions. Together, we are building stronger and more resilient communities.
