Thanks to our wonderful generous supporters Critter camp rescued more sweet souls this week!
Meet Alice the large white New Zealand rabbit. She had been neglected and had little human interaction. She became aggressive once she was at a shelter and considered un-adoptable. This shelter over 100 miles away from Critter Camp asked if we could make room for her. Even though our Bunny Haven was full we did fit her in and she was accepted into the colony right away.
Little Al the white mouse was found by a sweet couple as he wandered up their driveway. He let them pick him right up! They bought all his supplies and brought him to Critter Camp where he will live safe & sound!
This week Morrison the elderly ball python came to live at Critter Camp because his owner passed away. Along with him came to previously considered feeder mice, who are now rescues : Laverne & Shirley and will live their lives here at Critter Camp. We never feed live animals to anyone here, and our few snakes only eat per-euthanized frozen feeder rodents, never any of our rescues!
We greatly appreciate the support of our donors for making it possible for us to rescue more critters in need!
