Another Contest and More Rescues!

By Beth Randall | Director

Thanks to your awesome Votes Critter Camp won another $1500 in the Spring Shelter Challenge finishing # 9 out of over 6,100 entries!

And now the summer Shelter Challenge is up and running! Right now we are #5 out of all 6,100+ entries! Please VOTE every day for Critter Camp : Click Here

These contests are so important to our unusual rescue. Most animal welfare funding is restricted to cats, dogs, adoptable animals, farm animals and wildlife. Nearly all specifically exclude any exotic pets or sanctuaries. It makes rasing funds more difficult for us and we hate to rely so heavily on our fantastic supporters. Winning these contests is a free way that everyone can help us care for the neediest of small and unusual pets.

Since our last update we have taken in 16 guinea pigs: Chancey, Lil Pig, Caramel, Pinto, Polly, Luna, Peaches, Caramel Chocolate Swirl, Peggy, XS, Norman, Wilbur, Ino, Papaya, Allegro, Maestro. Also Angus the ratty and Charlie the ferret who was emaciated and dehydrated, found as a stray and could not walk. Now Charlie is fat and healthy and able to walk again.

We'd also appreciate it if you could give us a (nice please) review on Great Non Profits - we only need 6 more! Click here

We can only provide the care we do because of the support from you wonderful people that follow us! Thank you!!
