One of the goals of Empreza Di’Ak is to provide courses for the local youth so that they can develop new skills and have a better living in the future. Last months, our staff provided a computer course for the youth in Ataúro.
It was a challenge for the youth, because they had to learn new tools and skills in a short period of time. With dedication, effort and commitment, the group of 60 young man and woman was able to conclude the course and to learn new computer techniques that they will use in the future, on their academic and professional life.
After 3 months of course, it was time to reward them for all their hard work, so we had a little ceremony where we gave them the diplomas. Empreza Di’Ak staff is proud of what they were able to achieve during this training program. We believe this training is really important to empowering youth as basic computer skills are fundamental in the modern world.
We will continue focusing on this type of programs in other to develop the communities in the rural areas.
