Update on Implementation Strategy

As we approach the long holiday session, our team stands ready to take advantage of the break to access classrooms without disruption. While our goal remains the full renovation of learning spaces, current fundraising totals have not yet met the threshold required to begin those structural works. However, we are committed to progress in any form and are realigning our focus on vital, achievable components of the project.

Next Steps with Available Funds

With the limited resources available, we are moving forward by providing essential sanitation and first-aid supplies across three underserved schools. These supplies will support cleaner, safer, and more responsive school environments, reaching a broader circle of beneficiaries and laying the groundwork for deeper impact as funding grows. This interim solution allows us to preserve momentum while continuing to engage new donors and partners.

To every donor who has walked this path with us—we thank you. Your generosity has carried us through strategic planning and vital stakeholder engagement. While we haven’t yet met our fundraising target, we remain hopeful and motivated. The excitement among students, educators, and community members is unwavering, and their resilience inspires us to press on with heart.
