The ISpace concept has been fully developed together with local residents, who have a clear vision for how the center should function and respond to community needs. The space is designed to become a shared hub for learning, creativity, and connection, welcoming children, youth, adults, and seniors alike.
The ISpace Project remains in the preparation phase. The concept, objectives, and planned activities have been clearly defined together with the local community of Zelenyi Hai. Residents, including youth, parents, and educators, are actively engaged and share a strong vision for the future ISpace as a shared educational and community hub.
At this stage, the main challenge is the lack of funding. With only minimal funds raised so far, implementation activities have not yet started. Once funding is secured, the project team will proceed with equipping the space, purchasing technical and educational equipment, and launching the first learning and mentoring activities.
The project is especially timely given the ongoing impact of the war on local infrastructure, education, and employment opportunities. ISpace is expected to play a key role in restoring access to learning, skills development, and social connection in the community.
The team continues outreach and fundraising efforts and is ready to move forward as soon as resources become available.
