Also Sheetal was addicted to social media and she was also given counselling on the use of social media.

Raghu (name changed) of 13 years was working in the stone factory. His matter came to a discussion in one of the CPC meetings. He studied till 8th and was unable to continue his education. His parents were also ignorant on this matter. The school was also reluctant to join him in mid school. Later the ChildLine team consulted and advocated on his case with the DEO. After much deliberation the schools were ready to give him admission and at present Raghu attend schools.

The topics of menstruation, physical and mental changes during puberty, changes in shelter home policies, mood swings, dreams and aspirations are also discussed in detail with children and parents alike. Because when parents are sensitized on these matters, then they would make an conducive environment for holistic development of children.
