But the risk of COVID on the vulnerable families we serve and programs we operate throughout the developing world is at the highest it has been since the onset of COVID.
Equipping our CoolKids, and the health care professionals who treat them, with proper PPE is critical to ensuring children do not have to choose between their mobility and their family's health.
Last year we fought to treat 926 children, despite major obstacles brought on by the pandemic. Their mobility - their future and independence - is too important.
Now we're working to ensure more CoolKids receive the critical care they need to access mobility and all the opportunities it offers.
