Most of the families we work with, have been hit hard by the worldwide Corona crisis. They have lost their income, and hardly have any savings. Thus they are hungry and in immediate need of support. We want to support 100 families with food, clothes, medication and other emergent needs they may have, caused by Corona.
Due to Corona Thailand is in lockdown. People aren't allowed to travel and most shops and restaurants are closed. As a result, many people have completely lost their income. The families we work with, mainly work as day loners, so they are hit very hard and don't have money to live and eat.
We will help families get through these tough times. We already know them and have been working with them for a longer period. Our regular support, helps them to move forward and enables them to look after themselves in the future. This extra support we are hoping to raise, simply focusses on the next few months. Families simply need to eat. This project helps them solve this problem.
Families are able to last through this challenging period. They will not die because of hunger and will not be exploited due to their huge need of money and food. =
