BUILDING A 30 M2 COMMERCIAL PREMISES (63330) - GLOBAL GIVING REPORT. October 2024

At “Sabor Natural de Puentes de Luz” we are eagerly awaiting the completion of the construction of our commercial premises on the Costanera del Lago Lacar in the city of San Martín de los Andes.

The new steps we have taken towards achieving the objective have been the following.

1- Negotiations with the Deliberative Council of the city of San Martín de los Andes. On September 23, a public hearing was held to define the granting of the space on loan. It is an action of transparency that marks the organic charter. There was a significant participation of neighbors who made their contributions to said construction. (Images attached) Photo 1 and 2.

2- Architectural project: The space where said architectural project would be located has been defined with the support of the Velasco Suarez Architects Studio. The two location options were carried out so as not to have to touch any of the native trees located on the described property. This Study is supporting our dream ad honorem. Attached are images of the location of the project on the land located in Villegas and Juez del Valle. (Images attached) Photo 3

3- Renders of the future commercial premises: Attached to said report is a render of how the location of the commercial premises would be within the assigned prize. (Images attached) Photo 4

4- Census of trees on the land: In September and with the support of Andrea Medina (Forestry Technician from the University of Comahue) a census of trees was carried out to learn about the flora of the place and preserve it. (Image attached) Photo 5

5- Stories: The candidates mentioned have been preselected to manage our commercial premises due to their personal concerns regarding customer service and sales, as well as their capabilities. For example, Micaela's dream was to run a kiosk, and in the case of Facundo, for example, he hopes to be in sales at a commercial establishment. Facundo is in charge of running the sales stand for the “Sabor Natural” enterprise on occasions when we participate in exhibitions. (Images attached) Photo 6

It should be noted that the construction of this commercial establishment will allow us to employ at least 6 adults with intellectual disabilities, will allow our products to have commercial visibility in a strategic location in an eminently touristic city and will contribute to the sustainability of the main organization.

Desde Sabor Natural de Puentes de Luz estamos ansiosos esperando concretar la construcción de nuestro local comercial en la Costanera del Lago Lacar en la ciudad de San Martín de los Andes.

Los nuevos pasos que hemos dado hacia el logro del objetivo han sido los siguientes.

1-     Gestiones con el Concejo Deliberante de la ciudad de San Martín de los Andes. El día 23 de septiembre se concretó audiencia pública para definir el otorgamiento del espacio en comodato. Es una acción de transparencia que marca la carta orgánica. Se contó con una importante participación de vecinos que hicieron sus aportes a dicha edificación. (Se adjuntan imágenes) Foto 1 y 2.

2-     Proyecto arquitectónico: Se ha definido el espacio donde se emplazaría dicho proyecto arquitectónico con el apoyo del Estudio de Arquitectos Velasco Suarez. Las dos opciones de emplazamiento se realizaron para no tener que tocar ninguno de los árboles autóctonos emplazados en el predio descriptos. Dicho Estudio está apoyando nuestro sueño ad honorem. 3-     Renders del futuro local comercial: Se adjunta a dicho informe un render de como quedaría la ubicación del local comercial dentro del premio asignado. (Se adjuntan imágenes) Foto 4

4-     Censo de árboles en el terreno: En el mes de septiembre y con el apoyo de la Andrea Medina (Técnica forestal de la Universidad del Comahue) se realizó un censo de árboles para conocer la flora del lugar y conservarla. (Se adjunta imagen) Foto 5

5-     Historias: Los candidatos mencionados ha sido preseleccionados para atender nuestro local comercial por sus inquietudes personales de atención al público y ventas, así como por sus capacidades. Por ejemplo, Micaela dentro de sus sueños estaba atender un quiosco y en el caso por ejemplo de Facundo aspira a poder estar en ventas en algún local comercial. Facundo es el encargado de atender el stand de ventas del emprendimiento sabor natural en ocasiones en las que participamos de exposiciones. (Se adjuntan imágenes) Foto 6

Cabe aclarar que la construcción de este local comercial nos permitirá incluir laboralmente a por lo menos 6 adultos con discapacidad intelectual, nos permitirá que nuestros productos tengan visibilidad comercial en un lugar estratégico de una ciudad eminentemente turística y contribuirá a la sustentabilidad de la organización madre.
