REPORT: BUILD A COMMERCIAL PREMISES OF 30 MTS2 (63330)

From Sabor Natural of Puentes de Luz we are happy with the steps we have taken to achieve the creation of our commercial premise on the waterfrontfrom Lacar Lake in the city of San Martín de los Andes.

The steps we have taken towards achieving the objective have been the following.

1-     Negotiations with the Deliberative Council of the city of San Martín de los Andes. After holding various meetings with the Government Commission of the Deliberative Council during this period, we are in the final stage of granting a space for the construction of the commercial premise on loan. We are waiting for the call for the last step to access the last administrative section with the holding of the public hearing to define the granting of the space on loan.

2-     Architectural project: The architectural project has been defined with the support of the Velasco Suarez Architecture Studio. This Studio is supporting our dream ad honorem. Attached are images of the project that we will be able to complete once the procedure is approved by the Deliberative Council of our city. (Images attached) Photo 1, 2 and 3

3-     Food handling training: In the month of May and with the support of Food Technician Alejandra Dupré, training in food handling began for a group of people with disabilities candidates to perform the tasks that will be necessary to carry out in our premise and the technical team that will be in charge of the project. Among them: Micaela, Ariana, Facundo, Maxi, Pablo and Belén. (Image attached) Photo 4

4-     Stories: The aforementioned candidates have been preselected to serve our commercial premises due to their personal concerns regarding customer service and sales, as well as their capabilities. For example, Micaela, in her dreams, was to run a kiosk and in the case of Facundo, for example, she aspires to be in sales in a commercial establishment. Facundo is in charge of attending the sales stand of the Sabor Natural enterprise on occasions when we participate in exhibitions. (Images attached) Photo 5, 6 and 7

It should be noted that the construction of this commercial premises will allow us to include at least 6 adults with intellectual disabilities in the workforce, it will allow our products to have commercial visibility in a strategic location, in an eminently touristic city and will contribute to the sustainability of the parent organization.

Desde Sabor Natural de Puentes de Luz estamos felices con los pasos que hemos dado para lograr la concreción de nuestro local comercial en la Costanera del Lago Lacar en la ciudad de San Martín de los Andes, gracias a los donantes que nos vienen acompañando. Ya hemos logrado el 50% del financiamiento total.

Los pasos que hemos dado hacia el logro del objetivo han sido los siguientes.

1-     Gestiones con el Concejo Deliberante de la ciudad de San Martín de los Andes. Después de la realización en este período de diversos encuentros con la Comisión de Gobierno del Concejo Deliberante estamos en el tramo final para la otorgación en comodato de un espacio para la construcción del local comercial. Estamos a la espera de la convocatoria al último paso para acceder al último tramo administrativo con la realización de la audiencia pública para definir el otorgamiento del espacio en comodato.

2-     Proyecto arquitectónico : Se ha definido el proyecto arquitectónico con el apoyo del Estudio de Arquitectos Velasco Suarez. Dicho Estudio está apoyando nuestro sueño ad honorem. Se adjuntan imágenes del proyecto que estaremos en condiciones de concretar una vez aprobada la tramitación con el Concejo Deliberante de nuestra ciudad. (Se adjuntan imágenes) Foto 1 y 2.

3-     Capacitación en manipulación de alimentos : En el mes de mayo y con el apoyo de la Técnica en Alimentos Alejandra Dupré se inició una capacitación en manipulación de alimentos de un grupo de personas con discapacidad candidatos a desempeñarse en las tareas que serán necesarias llevar adelante en nuestro local y el equipo técnico que tendrá a cargo el proyecto. Entre ellos: Micaela, Ariana, Facundo, Maxi, Pablo y Belén. (Se adjunta imagen) Foto 3

4-     Historias : Los candidatos mencionados han sido preseleccionados para atender nuestro local comercial por sus inquietudes personales de atención al público y ventas, así como por sus capacidades. Por ejemplo Micaela dentro de sus sueños estaba atender un quiosco y en el caso por ejemplo de Facundo aspira a poder estar en ventas en algún local comercial. Facundo es el encargado de atender el stand de ventas del emprendimiento sabor natural en ocasiones en las que participamos de exposiciones. (Se adjuntan imágenes) Foto 4, 5 y 6.

Cabe aclarar que la construcción de este local comercial nos permitirá incluir laboralmente a por lo menos 6 adultos con discapacidad intelectual, nos permitirá que nuestros productos tengan visibilidad comercial en un lugar estratégico de una ciudad eminentemente turística y contribuirá a la sustentabilidad de la organización madre.
