G.S. Busogo I is a rural Primary and Secondary school serving over 2,400 students and staff. The existing sanitation infrastructure is severely strained due to a growing student population. Most of the current latrines are in poor condition, unhygienic, and no longer sufficient for the number of users. This has increased the risk of disease outbreaks, absenteeism, and reduced dignity, especially for girls. There is an urgent need to construct 24 new latrines
