We are delighted to share that the Shai Doron Nature Conservation Center has officially opened!
The Center was inaugurated with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the late Shai Doron's family, together with many of our generous donors, friends, and supporters. It was a meaningful occasion to celebrate Shai's enduring legacy and our shared commitment to wildlife conservation.
The newly renovated Center features engaging educational displays showcasing the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo and Gottesman Family Israel Aquarium's conservation work, interactive video stations, and a new film in the auditorium. Since opening, visitors have been enthusiastically exploring the exhibits and learning more about the vital role the Zoo and Aquarium play in protecting endangered species in Israel and around the world.
