During 2025, annual Matric Camps were once again implemented at Senzokuhle High School and Mandlakazi High School, serving communities located on the periphery of Manyoni Private Game Reserve. These camps form part of an ongoing commitment to supporting Grade 12 learners during the final examination period by providing a safe, structured and quiet environment conducive to focused study. The camps required learners to remain at the school for the duration of the programme, thereby reducing external distractions and enabling consistent academic support.
In support of the camps, two food drops were delivered to each school. These food supplies included essential staples such as meat and maize meal, ensuring that learners were adequately nourished throughout the study period. In addition, stationery was provided to assist learners with their academic preparation. Through the continued implementation of these Matric Camps, learners were afforded the opportunity to prepare for their final examinations under stable and supportive conditions, contributing to improved readiness and the best possible examination outcomes.
