Over 17,000 schools in Argentina lack adequate internet connectivity, limiting students' educational potential and hindering their access to modern learning resources. We surveyed 3,000 school leaders, and while 96% believe technology can positively impact student learning, almost 60% say they lack the resources or knowledge to effectively implement it. This gap prevents the integration of essential digital tools and methodologies necessary for 21st-century education.
