We offer online English and computer classes for girls who are prohibited from attending school in Afghanistan. These classes empower them to learn English and use computers, enabling them to connect with the world and access online education. We provide computers and teach computer programming, with professional teachers based outside of Afghanistan.
In Aug 2022, the Taliban took over the country again and Afghanistan's education system is back to where it was in 1996. Girls are banned from attending school after sixth grade, and universities cannot admit female students. Female teachers are only allowed to teach girls up to six grades.
Online Classes for Girls Our online classes for girls, who are banned from receiving an education above sixth grade, started on August 27, 2023. We provide the students with English and computer classes. These classes were organized based on the students' demand and desire to learn a skill that would allow them to work online. Some of our students have expressed their ambition to take the SAT or TOEFL and pursue an online degree from international universities.
By investing in education, we invest in a peaceful world for all. Online and computer classes allow girls to learn online. We are also looking for an online high school degree program so that they can earn an internationally acceptable high school certificate and apply for universities outside Afghanistan. They will be able to have online employment and support their families.
