Direct beneficiaries are 50 children; and indirect beneficiaries are the 2,000 villagers from El Carmen, Chincha.

Activities: 1. Installation of FM transmitter; 2. Organization of a network for collection of information; 3. Production of radio programming; 4. Radio-usage training programs for youth.
