International Action is working with the CICR (Red Cross) to return clean water to the slums in Port-au-Prince. Our role in this partnership is to disinfect the water. The project is being realized in the neighborhood of Drouillard, a commune of Cité Soleil. We installed four chlorinators providing clean water to 2,000 residents. We hope projects such as this will encourage people to leave the camps and return home.
