Journeys range from light-touch to intensive, with options for mentorship, workshops, and events. Participants gain skills, wellness, and marketability while fostering creativity, empowerment, and connection across generations, genders, and disciplines. The program adapts to individual schedules and interests.
Systemic deprivation impedes our mentees' access to resources and opportunities, hindering their educational and professional journey. Girls and gender-expansive teens of color lack essential guidance and support, perpetuating cycles of poverty and disempowerment. Despite their crucial role in many communities, less than 2% of charitable giving targets organizations supporting women and girls according to a recent study done by the Women's Philanthropy Report.
