Subject: Exciting Progress Update on WOW Café

Dear Donors and Supporters,

We are thrilled to share some exciting updates about WOW Café and the incredible progress we’ve made, thanks to your unwavering support.  WOW Café has expanded its operations to both the ground floor and upper floor, significantly increasing our sales. Additionally, we’ve introduced food delivery services to offices and taxis, further boosting our revenue. These developments have brought us closer to profitability, a milestone we are confident we’ll reach very soon. Once the café becomes profitable, it will begin funding our NGO’s impactful programs, including the Sponsor-A-Child initiative, EmpowerED program, entrepreneurship and self-sustainability courses, the WASH program, and much more.

WOW Café is more than just a restaurant; it’s a hub for transformation. It provides jobs, skills training, and improves food security for the entire community. Before WOW Café and the Feathers of Hope chicken farm, families in this neighborhood lacked easy access to essential foods like chicken. Now, nutritious meals are more accessible to everyone, fostering better health and well-being.  Our next big step toward profitability is extending our operating hours into the evening, a move we anticipate will double our sales. We are also actively seeking a baker to help us expand our offerings. Along with this, we aim to train individuals in the skill of baking, equipping them with a valuable new job skill and creating opportunities for improved livelihoods. In Arusha, bakers are rare due to the lack of ovens and limited electricity in many neighborhoods. To make this initiative a reality, we need to purchase an oven, which costs upwards of $600 USD.

Having a bakery in this community would not only enhance our revenue to support our charity but also improve the quality of life for thousands of people. Thanks to your continued support, this progress is possible. Because of you, children in poverty now have access to better nutrition, and the community is growing stronger and more unified, working together to help everyone thrive. Your belief in our vision inspires us every day and brings us hope that one day our charity will sustain itself, relying less on donations. Thank you for being a part of this transformative journey and helping us make this vision a reality.

With heartfelt gratitude,
