Training programs can bridge this gap, empowering seniors and meeting industry demand
Through an intensive, comprehensive training, Makaia's Bootcamp will provide 50 participants over 50 with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for employment in the tech sector. Additionally, Makaia will provide assistance connecting them with potential employers within the network of institutional allies to achieve job placement, and mentoring them throughout the process of applying and interviewing for employment opportunities.
