Hello dear donors
Rendu Ocean's coastal cleanup activities are in its fourth quarter, and due to the fact that many of the beach cleanup areas in Shanghai are still under maintenance and road repairs, the number of beach cleanups and the number of beach cleanups have been limited to a certain extent. However, we are still trying our best to overcome the difficulties and continue to bring volunteers to the safe roads to carry out beach cleaning activities.
In the fourth quarter, we organized 9 beach cleaning activities in Shanghai, with a total of 261 volunteers, picking up a total of 565.6kg of marine trash.
During each beach cleanup activity, on the way to the beach, we will share some knowledge about the ocean, marine litter and waste reduction, and interact with the volunteers in the form of a question and answer session. After the activity, volunteers will be encouraged to share their feelings. We hope to use this form of activity to make people realize the harmful effects of marine garbage on the ocean, nature and human beings, and then reduce the production of garbage in their daily life, so as to protect the environment.
