The "Climb to Change a Life (CTCAL)" has been running its program since 2012 to empower children with movement disabilities to have the right attitude about themselves, to believe in their real potential of being DIFFERENTLY-ABLED in order to facilitate them towards INDEPENDENT LIVING goal in the future.
With your contribution through GlobalGiving crowdfunding platform, the first 3,500 USD donations were spent on the 18th CTCAL which has successfully completed in November 10th, 2019 at Nakhonsawan province, Thailand where 10 Champions - Children with Movement disabilities have summit the top of Nang Panturut Mountain, 22nd floor height rock mountain with the help from their parents and 50 volunteers, made a total of 98 participants, organized by Zy Movement Foundation.
The 10 champions with parents / caretakers were proud of an achievement, grateful and hopeful to have support from people in society who donated the funds and their time to make this mission completed, as expected, the people in society as volunteers also have inclusively learned to conquer the difficult circumstances by completing our 18th CTCAL program with the children with movement disabilities and their families.
Our goal is to expand this empowering activity to cover 77 provinces in Thailand by 2022, not only trying to touch all 450,000 lives of children with movement disabilities who are living in different areas of the country, but to promote the public awareness about children with movement disabilities, to give the right mindset to the parents on caring for their differently-abled children to create an INCLUSIVE SOCIETY for us all.
The next 10 champions are scheduled to change their lives by completing our next CTCAL program in March 2020, with your continuous support, Zy Movement Foundation is hoping that we can springboard this empowering platform as much as your wish of seeing these champions to have a better quality of life and be able to learn and live independently by having the right attitude about themselves and right support from community come true soon.
