Clean water for one million kids

Dear Friends and Supporters of Splash,

Thank you for your continued support throughout the challenging year that has, and continues to be, 2020. As we look back at the year and all that we have been able to accomplish together, we are excited to share with you our latest Annual Report: Launching Project WISE (WASH-in-Schools for Everyone).

We hope you can view these incredible numbers and stories of impact with the knowledge that you are a huge part of what makes this work possible.

Alongside the updates and progress highlighted in the Annual Report, we also have some important country specific updates we would like to share. While schools have been closed in both Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Kolkata, India since March 2020, our teams have been hard at work preparing schools for safely welcoming kids back to the classroom.

• In Kolkata, infrastructure work has been completed at 28 campuses and is in progress at an additional 16 campuses.
• In Addis Ababa, water infrastructure work is in progress at 31 sites, with 8 near completion.

Our team continues to explore how to best build out digitized programs to support students, teachers, and beneficiaries in this increasingly virtual landscape we find ourselves in. We look forward to sharing additional progress during our next update.
