“According to the last investigation, we found the best way to help children and families is to have clean water in their daily life. Many families cannot access to top water due to their house locations and financial difficulties; therefore, TFCF decided to support needy families by organizing resources and establishing the water pipeline system between the main tap water pipe and households in An Binh commune and Dong Phu commune. Finally, TFCF supported 68 families in Dong Phu commune and 31 families in An Binh commune with tap water connection. We are looking forward to helping more families next year. We plan to increase 15 families in Dong Phu commune with tap water connection and help 19 families in An Binh commune purchase water tanks to store purified river water.
We really want to improve the health of children and families by accessing clean water and hope to see the decreased rate of water-related diseases in Vietnam, such as intestinal, eyes, gynecological and kidney diseases.”

Thanksgiving!
TFCF Vietnam has proposed and operated Clean Water Support Program for children in Vietnam since 2017 which focuses on An Binh and Dong Phu communes. We realize that the most sustainable way to help children and families is the connection of tap water in needy households. There are one tap water factory in An Binh commune and two tap water factories in Dong Phu commune. However, the water pipes have not been installed in certain areas and we found many families still have to use polluted river water even the local government in province and commune levels improved the tap water pipe system. Definitely, TFCF Vietnam are unable to resolve this issue alone and needs the support and collaboration with many parties such as local governments, clean water companies, and your contribution. We are glad to have you work together to make an impact on people's lives in Vietnam.
