Globally, one in every nine people do not have access to an improved water source. Rates of water poverty are even higher in some communities and poor rural communities are the most disadvantaged. In remote areas of Philippines one in three people use unclean water. Our projects aim to address this issue through the provision of clean, safe drinking water.
As of January, we have identified potential sites for this project and are looking forward to making an impact with your support.
In the meantime, through support from other channels, we continue to deploy projects across the Philippines where we have full funding in place, bringing clean, safe drinking water to children in the country.
