The project that aims to reduce infant mortality and the prevalence of cholera and other water born diseases among Fulani women and their children who shares water from dirty sources with livestock, and currently have no support for the provision of clean water, is progressing!
Integrated Agricultural Association (I.A.A) has dug two wells in Mogni Village, with the donations made through GlobalGiving. The organization has fabricated 25 rings with cement, sand and rots to fit inside the wells to prevent the walls from future colapse due to climate change. The aim of using these rings is to ensure durability once the wells and installed and hand over to the community. I.A.A is working very hard within its power to deliver this project as soon as possible, though the implementation rate is slow because the finances are not sufficient to take everything off at the same time. I.A.A needs $4,625 by the end of July 2023 to complete the two wells. I.A.A is gratefull to all the donations received through GlobalGiving and continues to welcome donation of any amount to provide clean and safe drinking water to over 1700 people, including Fulani Women and Children. Consider making a donation now to make a difference in our community.
Thank You!
