There have been many months since a massive landfill was created in the Arberia neighbourhood, in Pristina. To be particular, near the US Embassy (near the roundabout at the entrance of Pristina). Multiple times until now, we have asked for cleaning of that part, but due to some property disputes of the location in question, this landfill is unfortunately growing every day. And it is becoming a risk to the health of citizens and even an unpleasant appearance of the entrance to the capital city

And it is becoming a risk to the health of citizens and even an unpleasant appearance of the entrance to the capital.Hence, we cannot remain indifferent to this incredibly serious situation. So we have decided to organize the cleaning of this landfill and its revitalisation as well (by setting up fences and planting trees.
Garbage removal, landscaping and fencing will have an impact on preventing people from dumping garbage there. Because this has also happened in the past. Thus every time we have organised such actions there has continued to remain neatness and purity. Expenses that are required: 1. Waste removal and levelling- 3500 2. Payment of regional landfill- 1000 3. Planting of 50 trees and extensive grass- 1350 4. Placement of the fence- 1200
This example will encourage the NGO to organize more clean-up actions and these type of investments in different locations in Kosovo too.
