In Chengdu and the wider Sichuan province, Adream Foundation will provide PE, sport and football for children as they return to school, to lay a solid foundation of health and wellbeing, in a safe and structured manner.
In Chengdu and the wider Sichuan province, people's lives are gradually returning to normal after more than four months of lockdown and school closures due to the Coronavirus crisis. Primary and middle school children across the country have now returned to school, with special measures in place to ensure the safety of children. Access and delivery to sport and physical education programmes must now also be adapted to continue safely promoting the health, development, and wellbeing of children.
This project will ensure that physical education and sport continues to be a fundamental part of school life for children. Equipment will be provided alongside teacher training in PE, sport and football.
To introduce all children to the idea of lifelong exercise and to lay a solid foundation of health and wellbeing, in a safe and structured manner.
