Children of the Night WOW
Free Online High School Equivalency Program
Children of the Night WOW (With Out Walls) offers young people in shelters, drop in centers and outreach programs throughout America FREE on-line high school equivalency assessments, tutoring, and funding for High School Equivalency testing. We receive clients from the Goodwill of California, Social Workers, Domestic Violence Centers, Drop in Centers, Friends, Hotlines, Maternity Homes, Rehabilitation Centers and other shelters. In April 2016 we partnered with a trafficking shelter in the Dominican Republic to provide their young students with English and Math tutoring, and in 2017 we will being offering English and Math tutoring to shelters throughout Southeast Asia.
Between January 1 and April 10, 2017, Children of the Night WOW provided 3419 free online educational services to 243 clients in 18 United States and 3 foreign countries.

As of April 10, 2017, our WOW center provided the following services to 243 Clients:
Online tutoring represented 94% of our calls and 7 of the 233 (3%) students in the United States have already successfully passed the High School Equivalency Exam – 13% of the number of students who completed High School Equivalency Assessments. Many of these other students are expected to pass the High School Equivalency Exam by the end of 2017.
