Project Update | July 2026

Dear Supporters,

We hope this message finds you well.

Your continued support is making a lasting difference for children and families in the Tondo community. Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to sustain essential healthcare services while expanding preventive care and community health education.

Over the past few months, we have:

  • Continued providing vitamins, basic medicines, and essential medical supplies to children in need.
  • Maintained regular treatment and follow-up care for children with skin conditions, helping prevent infections from becoming more severe.
  • Distributed masks, hygiene supplies, and first-aid materials to reduce the risk of respiratory illnesses and infections caused by the surrounding environment.
  • Expanded community health education sessions, teaching children and caregivers practical habits for personal hygiene, nutrition, and early illness prevention.
  • Worked closely with local volunteers to identify children requiring additional medical attention and connect them with appropriate care.

As a result:

  • Children are experiencing fewer preventable illnesses and recovering more quickly from common infections.
  • Improved hygiene practices are helping reduce the occurrence of skin-related diseases within the community.
  • Parents and caregivers are becoming more proactive in seeking treatment and practicing preventive healthcare at home.
  • Community participation in health education activities continues to grow, strengthening local awareness and resilience.

Looking ahead, we plan to:

  • Continue providing regular health check-ups and preventive medical support for vulnerable children.
  • Expand outreach to reach additional families who have recently been identified as needing assistance.
  • Increase the distribution of hygiene and medical supplies during the rainy season, when infectious diseases become more common.

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy and hopeful. Your generosity is helping make that possible by providing not only essential medical care, but also the knowledge and support families need to build healthier futures.

Thank you for standing with the children of Tondo. Together, we are creating meaningful and lasting change—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

With heartfelt gratitude,

U9Change Team
