The children of the Philippine Tondo garbage village is suffering from their surrounding conditions such as poverty, bad smell, no education, diseases, etc. Especially no education is a very severe problem for children. They must recognize their position from education and make efforts to escape their present poor position. But they cannot leave their village because of no education and supporting the poor parents to make money.
Therefore U9change is planning to make a school in Tondo village for poor children who is not studying. In order to conduct this plan, U9change is suggesting the proposal to KOICA and other association in Korea.
We hope that this proposal will be selected to conduct in Philippine Tondo garbage village for children.
